Archives For screenings

The first thing I did when I moved to Orlando was go to MegaCon. Literally. I moved. And the next morning I was hoofing it Downtown for the biggest comic-con in Orlando with my new film production team. It was awesome.

Every year, MegaCon brings in the celebrities, the artists, the merchants, and puts together panels and events that make geeks drool. They promote film as well by hosting an indie film festival, seven years running. This year, Avarice will be a part of that line-up.

Be sure to come out and catch the Festival! And stick around for all the fun stuff they’ve got planned… a Zombie Walk, Voice Actors Gone Wild! (with Futurama’s John DiMaggio and Billy West), and a panel with the artists behind the X-Teams among much, much more. Oh! And Star Trek: Next Gen EXTRAVAGANZA.

Pulp Ark, Here We Come!

Dan Baker —  April 16, 2012

April 20-22, Batesville, AR

We’re traveling to Batesville next weekend with Joe Thordarson from the Memphis Comic and Fantasy Convention to be a part of Pulp Ark. We’ve never been to a Pulp Con before, but we’re happy to screen John Gray and a sneak peek of Avarice all the same. Filmmakers Dan Baker and Rachel Taylor will be on hand for discussion panels as well.

Be sure to stop by and say hello if you’re there, especially if you’re in costume!
